Help Us Share Our Music

We love sharing Basque music and culture – in our hometown of Boise, Idaho, and around the world. To do this, we must raise funds to cover our expenses, including our music purchases, costume items, travel costs, event fees, and non-profit organization expenses.

With a group typically exceeding 40 members, our ability to share our music outside the Treasure Valley depends on our financial resources, which we use to defray some of the travel costs for our members.

In addition to shorter trips to perform all around Idaho and the northwestern United States, we try to take a more significant trip every 10 years or so to reach a broader audience and expand our repertoire.

In 2024, Biotzetik plans to go to the Basque Country in Spain and France to meet with local choirs, attend choir workshops, learn new pieces, enhance our vocal skills, and perform alongside fellow singers from the Basque Country.
